1. Accepted payment methods

Depending on availability, you may pay using cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or any other payment options displayed at checkout.

Some orders or fulfilment partners may support only a subset of these methods. The final available options are shown before you confirm payment.

2. Authorisation and order confirmation

Payment may be authorised when you place the order, but the order is confirmed only after successful verification by the payment gateway and our order systems.

If a transaction is declined, pending, or reversed by your bank or payment provider, the order may remain unconfirmed or be cancelled automatically.

3. Pricing, taxes, and fees

The amount shown at checkout reflects the item price, applicable taxes, and any delivery charges or service fees that apply to your order.

If a price is updated due to inventory, marketplace, or tax corrections before checkout, the revised amount will be shown for your approval before payment is taken.

4. Payment reversals and refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations or returns are sent back through the original payment rail whenever possible. Settlement time depends on the payment network and your bank.

If you see a duplicate charge, a pending amount that has not cleared, or a refund delay, contact support with the order ID and transaction reference.
