3. Refund method and timing

If a refund is tied to a partial return, shipping adjustment, or merchant review, we will share the applicable amount before processing.

4. Condition of returned items

Returned products should be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the accessories or tags that were shipped with the order, unless the item was received in damaged condition.

If the item is returned in a condition that prevents inspection or resale, we may decline the refund or deduct reasonable restoration costs where permitted.
